A very creative recipe that I’ve modified to make it healthier without sacrificing taste or style. Contains a very interesting flavor that you will definitely enjoy. A dish you can indulge in after a hard week of training.
What You Need
- No Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 can of butter flavored biscuits, cut into quarters
- 2-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Combine biscuits, chicken, tomatoes, celery, pepper sauce and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl. Place mixture in baking dish; bake 20 minutes. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts and biscuits are golden brown. This recipe yields 8 servings and takes around 45 minutes to an hour to fully make.
Contains about 335 calories per serving, protein, fat, and carbs are depending upon the ingredient brands you use. This is a bit of a cheat meal, but still can be made with healthy ingredients to lower the calories per serving.
