Premade smoothies are loaded with sugar due to the sweeteners often included in them. Instead, try a homemade smoothie with fruit and healthy protein such as yogurt. Throw in some veggies for some extra nutrients.

As convenient as these may be, they’re definitely not a healthy option. Packaged breakfast sandwiches are high in fat and low in fiber, which leads to fatigue and can cause decreasing concentration throughout the day.
